INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

You took a risk. You opened up about your pain, your struggles, that crushing question: Will I ever move past this? Is this just my life now?

And in return, you got: "You're so strong!" or "Everything happens for a reason."

Well-meaning? Sure. But these phrases gloss over the hardest part of resilience, the part where you actually sit with the pain, not skip over it. Real healing doesn’t come from sugarcoating suffering. It comes from having a space where you can actually be heard.

That’s what I offer.

We need space for sadness, worry, anger, self-pity, screaming to the universe, "Why me?" for grief, despair, and raw, unfiltered emotions. So that’s what I give you: a space for all of it.​ From there, we work together to find the balance - honoring those feelings while integrating healthy coping strategies, interpersonal skills, and daily habits to help you navigate life in a way that feels right for you.

COUPLES COUNSELING​

I work with couples who feel the weight of past generational trauma showing up in their relationship. These couples experience patterns they didn’t choose but somehow inherited.

 

Together, we’ll explore how your unique experiences shape the way you connect, how your wounds and strengths interact with your partner’s, and how to truly see and support each other. I help you improve communication skills, so you can express yourselves clearly and listen to each other without judgment. I don’t take sides, but instead, offer a space where both partners feel heard and understood.

This is a space to express what you need, reshape boundaries, and create a relationship that feels safe, fulfilling, and deeply understood.

4. If we decide that we are a good match we will schedule our first 50 minute therapy session!
