Over time, these feelings can keep you stuck, shrinking yourself and clinging to the hope that if you just ignore it, it’ll disappear. That you’ll be fine.

As an anxiety therapist, I want to help you feel calm, grounded, and more in control.​ When my clients first come to therapy, they feel anxious, worried or overwhelmed. Sometimes they don’t know where to start and often times may not even realize they are experiencing anxiety. They may minimize their experiences and often say, “I’m fine” or “It’s not that bad.” But inside, they feel trapped.
Let’s be clear, anxiety can be brutal.​ Here’s what I need you to know: You deserve better.
