
ANXIETY, FEAR, WORRY & STRESS MANAGMENT
You might feel a racing heart, your chest tightening, and a restless mind that won’t let you sleep. You may replay conversations, second-guess decisions, and feel like no matter what you do, it’s never enough. You may have also carried the weight of your experiences like a boulder on your chest. You may have felt distant from the people you love, exhausted from overthinking, over-functioning, and over-accommodating. You may fear the possible harm that could come from being emotionally rejected or criticized. Over time, these feelings can keep you stuck, shrinking yourself, following the rules of what you’re told you should do, and clinging to the hope that if you just ignore it, it’ll disappear. That you’ll be fine.

When my clients first come to therapy, they feel anxious or worried. They don’t know where to start. Sometimes they don't even realize they are experiencing anxiety. They may minimize their experiences and often say, “I’m fine” or “It’s not that bad.” But inside, they feel trapped.
Let’s be clear, anxiety can be brutal.​ Here’s what I need you to know: You deserve better.
You deserve to set boundaries without guilt, say no without fear, and you deserve to show up in the world as your most authentic, confident self.​
