SELF ESTEEM/SELF WORTH & PEOPLE PLEASING
SELF ESTEEM/ SELF WORTH
If you’re struggling with self-esteem, self worth or feeling like you’re just not enough, I want you to know that you're not alone! You don't have to figure it out on your own. I offer a warm, supportive space where we can work together to untangle the beliefs that have kept you feeling stuck, small, or unsure of your worth.
My approach is all about helping you see yourself with more kindness, confidence, and clarity. Together, we'll identify the patterns that hold you back, strengthen your ability to set healthy boundaries, and build a sense of self that’s rooted in who you truly are and not based on others’ opinions or external validation.
You deserve to feel good about yourself, and I’m here to help you reconnect with the parts of you that may have gotten lost along the way.
In therapy, we’ll create a place where you can explore the experiences and beliefs that shape how you see yourself. We’ll focus on building your confidence and self-worth through:

-
Identifying your personal needs and expectations
-
Managing stress and anxiety with healthy coping skills
-
Challenging negative thoughts that hold you back
-
Practicing self-compassion and kindness toward yourself
-
Improving emotional awareness and regulation
You’re worthy of feeling CONFIDENT, and good about who you are. If you’re ready to take that first step, I'm here to support you on that journey.

PEOPLE PLEASING & CODEPENDENCY
Maybe on the outside, everything seems fine. But inside, you’re carrying exhaustion, resentment or the quiet ache of feeling invisible. You say yes when your body is begging for a no. You keep the peace, apologize too much, and shift who you are depending on who you're with to feel safe. And now, you're tired and you may wonder, "when is my turn to feel supported?"

People pleasing and high-functioning codependency aren’t who you are. They are patterns you developed to protect yourself, often rooted in trauma or early experiences where love and approval felt conditional. You may have learned to stay small, stay helpful, or stay silent to avoid being rejected, abandoned, or to keep the peace for safety. But now, those strategies are chipping away at your sense of self, your boundaries, and your peace.
You might find yourself overextending, caretaking, and feeling responsible for how others feel. You might lose track of what you need. Maybe it’s hard to trust that you’re lovable without proving yourself or being needed. These patterns aren’t your fault and you’re not alone in them. They often come from deep, relational wounds that can be healed. In therapy, we’ll gently explore the roots of these patterns, without judgment. Together, we’ll start to build a version of safety that comes from within, not from keeping others happy or holding everything together. We’ll practice setting boundaries that feel kind and honest. We’ll reconnect you to your voice, your needs, your and the version of you that doesn’t have to shrink or perform to be worthy of love.

You deserve relationships that feel mutual, love that feels nourishing, and a life where you don’t have to abandon yourself to feel safe.
